Water then fills the upper pond and flows down a streambed of jade river rock into the lower pond that is 9'X15'. Each pond has a flagstone tabletop and the upper pond and streambed are build using mossrock. There are 5 different colored water lillies in the ponds along with other water plants such as minitature bamboo and cattails. Fancy goldfish are thriving and reproducing like crazy in these ponds. The upper pond is surrounded by a gravel bed with palms, elephant ears, banana, and yucca plants. It's like a tropical garden every day here! This project took 2 months to build by Tim McCann with a little help from his two teenaged sons; Charles McCann, age 17 and Steve McCann, age 15. .
