We will contact you with shipping details and probable cost. Once approved, we will revise your quote and send instructions to purchase the revised quote. The following charges will be billed to your credit card separately if you pay for your purchase prior to verification of costs, or if additional charges for safe shipment are requested or are needed.

If an item is out of stock at the time of shipment, a substitution of equal or greater value may be made. Typical in-season delivery for livestock is 7-10 business days. livestock and non-living products are shipped and invoiced separately. Delivery of livestock is limited to the U.S. only. Your plant order will ship on the closest Wednesday, 7-10 days

State Restrictions: A Phytosanitary Certificate @ $ 25.00 per order is required before we can ship to the following states:  AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA

Due to state law and regulations, Pondarama.com must have an agricultural inspector inspect each plant shipment sent to the above listed states. Certification is required before we can ship, therefore, plant shipments can only be made to these states every other Wednesday (after inspection). Your plant order will ship on the closest Wednesday, 7-10 days after plant order placement.

We ship UPS, or Fed EX . Plant orders require specialized handling and will include a $ 5.00 per box charge.
The number of boxes and appropriate shipping methods will be determined to ensure safe delivery. We will try to notify you with the charges within 24 business hours, however we may not be able to determine cost until plants are packed.

Plant substitutions of similar color, type and quality may be made according to availability. We will determine the ship method needed to ensure safe delivery. Plants are shipped healthy, fresh, and in grow-able condition.

NOTE: For replacement on damaged plants, condition must be reported immediately upon arrival.
